A Fundraising Plan for the
Timothy S. Hay Educatinal Wing
Building for the Future

Our Vision

Our vision for the new wing focuses on building and enhancing the spiritual, cultural, educational, economic and social welfare of our community. The new Timothy S. Hay Educational Wing and modification at our current structure will include classrooms for our Church School, a conference/board room, meeting spaces for community and senior citizens’ activities, resource library, full service kitchen and a multi-purpose facility that could meet the needs of our basketball teams for community youth ages 6-18, liturgical dancers and other services.  A day/after care for children and a health and wellness center for indigent persons of all ages are among the services that we envision through this enhanced facility.

Our fundraising effort is organized under three phases:

Phase 1: Cornerstone Level (2004 - 2009)

The cornerstone level is designed to help us build and increase our faith in what God can do through our initial gifts and beyond our tithes.  Over this period, we will encourage fundraising through building-oriented incentives as follows:

Leaf on the Tree of Life - $500.00.  The Tree of Life represents our faith in the goodness

and power of Jesus Christ.  It is currently prominently displayed in the foyer outside of our

sanctuary.  See your name emblazoned on this wall of faith and dedication while leaves are

          still available!

Memorial Wall - $300.00.  Allow the members of Seaton and everyone who visits our new

wing the opportunity to remember your deceased loved one with honor.

Window - $1,000.00. Your contribution of $1,000 during this phase will help support the

purchase of the windows in the new wing.  Your name, the name of family members or

your organization will be acknowledged directly on the window.

Brick - $2,000.00. The brick represents the true foundation of our new facility.  Your name

will be placed on a commemorative brick leading to the new wing.

Phase 2: Centennial Level (2010 - 2011)
